The Driving Theory Test 4 in 1 app has a 'pass guarantee', so that if you fail your theory test - so long as you follow the learner plan to 100% completion - you will be refunded the 23 pound fee to sit the theory exam

I personally failed my first theory exam, without fully completing the learner plan, so I was not eligible for the 23 pound refund
